Why Sandrine’s Pilates is different from others?
“Due in part to the legal free fall of the Pilates name (it is not a registered trademark) many health and fitness trainers are incorporating Pilates into their work, often without sufficient knowledge of either anatomy or the mental and physical depth of Pilates. The method Pilates should not be taught in a church hall or in a gym and more importantly should never exceed more than 10 people in a class. You should always have personal supervision from your instructor to ensure exercises are performed correctly. Sandrine’s Pilates is Kent's Premier Pilates centre with all the equipments that you will find in the best American studios. Trained in the USA in the pure Pilates from PhysicalMind Institute New York, I want to give to my clients the personal attention they deserve. I have been in the industry for over 10 years and I like to keep abreast of new development within the Pilates industry. My way of teaching is more challenging and fun than ordinary Pilates. If you don’t come to the Centre with goals, I certainly have some for you. I believe my clients should continuously challenge their ability and we endeavour to take our clients through progressive levels in order to encourage them. We are experienced in helping anyone who has suffered from injury or disability. We can help you to feel better from the inside out, by decreasing the pain, whilst growing your self esteem”.
